advICo offers its customers pre-developed circuits or circuit-parts (Semiconductor Intellectual Property). SIP circuits are available as complete chips with customer-specific modifications or as circuit blocks which can be integrated as parts into larger IC designs. The use of SIP reduces the development time, costs and risk for you.

advICo provides both semiconductor IP-cores (Intellectual Property) and IP-cells. Our focus in IP-cores is on cutting-edge mixed-signal applications which will give your product an unique selling proposition.

Usually advICo delivers SIP as a part of a complete IC design. In this case the IP-core represents a fixed circuit core while the periphery is designed according to your requirements. It is also possible to get encrypted netlists/black-box layouts for incorporation into your own chip design.

Bandgap – BiCMOS IP

BG 2V5 is a temperature stabilized fully-integrated BiCMOS voltage reference with a low nominal reference voltage of 1.075 V. The circuit is opti-mized for low sensitivity against power-supply and has a small tolerance. It features low noise and radiation hardness against αβγpn up to Mrad total dose. Kelvin thermometer, reference current generator and voltage mirror blocks are also available.

2 Bit sub-ranging ADC IP

ADC12 is a fully differential 100 kS/s 12 bit sub ranging ADC with self-calibration. Its nominal supply voltage range is between 2.5 and 3.3 V. A 1 Mb/s version is also available.

Laser Driver IP: LD10GN

LD10Gn is a laser driver for N-side-down laser diodes. It can drive a 100mA laser from a 3.3 V supply without need for external components.
